ফরম পূরণ সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনা
- ফরম পূরণ করার জন্য অবশ্যই প্রিন্সিপাল ইনভেস্টিগেটরেকে নোয়াখালী বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক হতে হবে।
- রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার জন্য অবশ্যই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ইন্সটিটিউটশনাল ই-মেইল ব্যবহার করতে হবে। ব্যাক্তিগত ই-মেইল দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা যাবে না।
- রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার পর আপনার মেইলে একটা ভেরিফিকেশন লিংক যাবে। লিংক ভেরিফাই করার পরই আপনি লগইন করতে পারবেন।
- লগইন করার পর প্রজেক্ট সাবমিট করার জন্য "Submit Project" বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
- সাবমিশন ফরমের প্রতিটি তথ্য সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে।
- প্রজেক্টের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল PI and Co-PI নাম, বিভাগ, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, ই-মেইল, মোবাইল নম্বর এবং সেলারীর তথ্য অবশ্যই প্রদান করতে হবে। এছাড়া দুইজন রিভিউয়ারের নাম, ঠিকানা, ই-মেইল এবং মোবাইল নম্বরও প্রদান করতে হবে।
- পূর্ববর্তী বছরের গ্রহণকৃত ফান্ডিং এর তথ্য, টাইমলাইন এবং বাটজের তথ্য, এটাচমেন্ট এবং প্লেজারিজম সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সচেতনার সাথে পূরণ করতে হবে।

- Authors are encouraged to provide supplementary materials, such as datasets or code, to enhance the transparency and reproducibility of their research.
- The corresponding author is responsible for communicating with the journal and ensuring that all co-authors approve the final version of the manuscript before submission.
- Any ethical considerations related to the research, such as approval from an institutional review board (IRB), should be clearly stated in the manuscript.
- It is recommended to use plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality of the manuscript before submission.
